
Ingredients (4 Servings):
- 1kg of broiler-fryer cut-up chicken
Teriyaki Marinade Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of ginger juice or 1 inch (2.5cm) square ginger root, grated
- 1 tablespoon of sake
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- i tablespoon of honey
- Cut chicken into serving pieces.
- Mix the teriyaki marinade sauce.
- Marinade the chicken in the sauce for 2 hour.
- Cook chicken pieces in 190 celsius over 45 minutes to 1 hour or until tender.
- Baste a few times with remaining marinade sauce.
